مرحباً بك في تطبيق اذكاري بريميوم. تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل التطبيق مع بياناتك. التطبيق مُصمَّم ليعمل بأقل قدر ممكن من جمع البيانات: لا يوجد لدينا خادم خاص، ولا نطلب اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني، ولا يحتوي التطبيق على أي إعلانات أو أدوات تتبع.

تُحفظ جميع إعداداتك ومشاركتك على هاتفك فقط. التطبيق يستدعي عدداً صغيراً من الخدمات العامة لجلب أوقات الصلاة وأقرب المساجد واسم المدينة، وهذه السياسة تذكر كلًّا منها بالتفصيل.
تُخزَّن البيانات التالية محلياً على جهازك (داخل ذاكرة التطبيق)، ولا تصلنا أبداً ولا تُرسَل إلى أي خادم نملكه:
عند حذف التطبيق أو مسح بيانات التخزين، تُمحى هذه البيانات بالكامل.
لتقديم ميزات مثل أوقات الصلاة وأقرب مسجد، يتواصل التطبيق مع الخدمات التالية. عندما يُرسل الإحداثيات (خط الطول وخط العرض)، فإن ذلك يحدث بناءً على الميزة التي تستخدمها، وليس تتبعاً مستمراً لموقعك (مع استثناءٍ واحدٍ اختياري — إشعارات الصلاة عالية الدقة، مفصَّل تحت الجدول):

كلّ خدمة من هذه الخدمات تخضع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها:
إذا (وفقط إذا) فعّلتَ إشعارات الصلاة عالية الدقة من الإعدادات، فسيُبقي التطبيق موقعك محدَّثًا في الخلفية — حتى مع إغلاق التطبيق أو عدم استخدامه — بتحديثٍ مرة يوميًا (١٢:٠١ صباحًا) وقبل كل إشعار صلاة مجدول، لغرضٍ وحيد هو بقاء الأذان دقيقًا أثناء تنقلك. وفي الخلفية تُرسل إحداثياتك إلى AlAdhan فقط لجلب المواقيت. ويظهر إشعارٌ دائم طوال عمل الخدمة. إيقاف الخيار يوقف كل ذلك فورًا. أما بوصلة القبلة واكتشاف السفر فيُحسبان على جهازك بالكامل ولا يغادرانه.
وإن سحبتَ إذن الموقع من إعدادات جهازك، فسيظهر الإفصاح البارز داخل التطبيق مجددًا قبل أي طلب موقعٍ جديد — في كل مرة.
If (and only if) you switch on High-Fidelity prayer notifications in settings, the app keeps your location updated in the background — even when the app is closed or not in use — refreshing once daily (12:01 AM) and before each scheduled prayer notification, solely so the adhan stays accurate while you move. In the background your coordinates are sent only to AlAdhan to fetch prayer times. A persistent system notification is shown the whole time the service runs. Turning the toggle off stops all of it immediately. The qibla compass and travel detection are computed entirely on your device and never leave it.
If you revoke the location permission from your device settings, the app's in-app prominent disclosure is shown again before any new location request — every time.
تطبيق اذكاري بريميوم تطبيق مستقل، وليس تابعًا لوزارة العدل ولا لمنصة ناجز ولا لنفاذ ولا لأي جهة حكومية، ولا يمثّلها ولا يعمل نيابةً عنها، ولم تعتمده أيٌّ منها. خدمات ناجز ومعلوماتها مصدرها البوابة الرسمية najiz.sa.
ميزة اختيارية: يفتح التطبيق بوابة ناجز الرسمية داخل متصفح في التطبيق، وتسجّل الدخول عبر نفاذ بنفسك، ثم يساعدك المساعد على التنقل فيها خطوة خطوة. أثناء ذلك:
على الحاسوب (إضافة المتصفح الاختيارية «Athkar Walker — Computer Hands»): إن اخترت أن تُفتح ناجز في متصفح Chrome أو Edge على حاسوبك، فالإضافة لا تعمل إلا على najiz.sa وnafath.sa وmoj.gov.sa، وترسل صور الصفحة ونصّها (قائمة الأزرار والخانات الظاهرة)، وأي ملف تنزّله الصفحة أثناء القيادة، إلى هاتفك وحده عبر شبكتك المحلية، باتصال مشفّر بين جهازيك لا يمرّ بأي خادم. تحفظ على الحاسوب هوية الاقتران وعنوان هاتفك المحلي والتبويب الذي تقوده لتعيد الاتصال؛ أما مفتاح الجلسة ففي الذاكرة فقط ويزول بإغلاق المتصفح. تلاحظ أنك نقرت أو كتبت على الصفحة — نوع الحركة فقط، لا أي مفتاح ولا أين — لتتوقف وتعيد لك القيادة. وحين يسأل الهاتف «هل يصل هذا الحاسوب إلى ناجز؟» تتحقق من الوصول إلى www.gstatic.com وnajiz.sa فقط. لا يصل شيء من ذلك إلى المطوّر.
يقدّم التطبيق ميزة نسخ احتياطي اختيارية بالكامل إلى Google Drive، لا تعمل إلا إذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google بنفسك من داخل التطبيق. عند تفعيلها:

يطلب التطبيق نطاق drive.file الذي لا يتيح له إلا الملفات التي تختارها أنت بنفسك.
تُدار جميع عمليات الشراء والاشتراك عبر Google Play Billing، ويستخدم التطبيق RevenueCat للتحقق من حالة الاشتراك وإدارة الميزات المدفوعة. عند الشراء، تُشارَك حالة الاشتراك ومُعرّفك المجهول من متجر Google Play مع هاتين الخدمتين فقط — لا يصلنا رقم بطاقتك الائتمانية ولا أي معلومات دفع أخرى.
لا نملك أي خادم، ولا نحتفظ بأي بيانات مستخدم لدينا إطلاقاً. بياناتك المحلية (الإعدادات، العدّاد، الذاكرة المؤقتة للمواقيت والمساجد) تبقى على جهازك حتى تمسح بيانات التطبيق أو تحذفه — فتُحذف كلها فوراً. الإحداثيات المرسلة للخدمات المذكورة أعلاه تُستخدم للإجابة على الطلب نفسه فقط ولا نحتفظ بها؛ وتخضع كل خدمة لسياسة الاحتفاظ الخاصة بها. النسخة الاحتياطية الاختيارية إلى Google Drive — يدويةً كانت أو تلقائية — (انظر قسم «شيلبي» أعلاه) تُخزَّن في حسابك أنت وتبقى حتى تحذفها بنفسك. إجراء الأمان: كل طلب يحمل إحداثياتك يُرسَل مشفّراً عبر HTTPS (تشفير أثناء النقل) إلى الخدمات المذكورة أعلاه، ولا يمرّ عبر أي خادم وسيط لنا ولا يُخزَّن لدينا.
التطبيق مُصنَّف لجميع الأعمار ولا يجمع عمداً أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي إعلانات.
لأن جميع إعداداتك تُحفظ على هاتفك فقط، فأنت تتحكم بها كاملاً:
قد نُحدِّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر عند إضافة ميزات جديدة أو تغيير الخدمات التي يستدعيها التطبيق. سيظهر التحديث على هذه الصفحة، مع تاريخ آخر تعديل في أعلى الصفحة.

Welcome to Athkar Premium. This policy explains how the app handles your data. The app is built to collect as little data as possible: we operate no server of our own, we never ask for your name or email, and the app contains no advertising or analytics trackers.

All your settings and progress are kept only on your phone. The app calls a small set of public services to fetch prayer times, nearby mosques, and your city name — every one of them is listed below.
The following is stored locally on your device (inside the app's private storage) and never reaches us or any server we own:
Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes all of this data.
To provide features like prayer times and Nearest Mosque, the app contacts the services below. Whenever it sends your coordinates, it does so in direct response to the feature you're using — there is no continuous location tracking:

Athkar Premium is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Saudi Ministry of Justice, Najiz, Nafath, or any government entity. Najiz services and information come from the official portal najiz.sa.
An optional feature: the app opens the official Najiz portal in an in-app browser, you sign in through Nafath yourself, and the assistant helps you move through it step by step. While it does:
On the computer (the optional browser extension “Athkar Walker — Computer Hands”): if you choose to open Najiz in Chrome or Edge on your computer, the extension works only on najiz.sa, nafath.sa and moj.gov.sa, and sends the page's screenshots and its text (the list of visible buttons and fields), and any file the page downloads while it drives, to your own phone alone, over your local network — an encrypted link between your two devices that passes through no server. It keeps the pairing identity, your phone's local address and the tab it drives on the computer, to reconnect; the session key lives in memory only and is gone when the browser closes. It notices that you clicked or typed on the page — only the kind of input, never which key or where — so it can pause and hand control back to you. When the phone asks “can this computer reach Najiz?” it checks only www.gstatic.com and najiz.sa. None of this reaches the developer.
The app offers an entirely optional backup to Google Drive, which only works if you yourself sign in with your Google account inside the app. When enabled:

scope, which reaches only the files you pick yourself.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing, and the app uses RevenueCat to verify entitlement and manage premium features. When you purchase, your anonymous Play Store user ID and subscription state are shared with these two services only — we never receive your credit-card number or any other payment information.
We operate no server and retain no user data ourselves — none. Your on-device data (settings, counter progress, cached prayer times and mosque lists) stays on your phone until you clear the app's data or uninstall it — at which point all of it is deleted immediately. Coordinates sent to the services listed above are used to answer that request only and are not retained by us; each service is governed by its own retention policy. The optional Google Drive backup — manual or automatic (see the “Shelby” section above) — is stored in your Drive account and remains until you delete it. Security procedure: every request that carries your coordinates is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS (encryption in transit) directly to the services listed above — it passes through no intermediary server of ours and is never stored by us.
The app is rated for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The app contains no advertising.
